CREATION TIME & FULFILLMENT

Elle Qui Vit jewelry is generally made to order with special care and attention, each product page provides information on the estimated creation time. Please note that this creation time is an estimate and no guarantees can be made. However, if you're looking for something special in a hurry, please email info@ellequivit.com as we do have ready to ship pieces on hand from time to time.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Elle Qui Vit ships domestically throughout the USA via UPS and USPS. All orders over $250 ship with a required a signature upon delivery. You may opt out of the required signature by adding a note with your order. If you opt out of the required signature Elle Qui Vit is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of your item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Elle Qui Vit ships internationally via DHL, UPS and USPS. While we provide a shipping estimate, we cannot guarantee delivery time as customs may hold your package longer than expected. If you choose USPS First Class Package International shipping, we are unable to track your package once the item leaves the US, and cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of your item while in transport. Duties and taxes on international shipments are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Elle Qui Vit is not held responsible for international duties, taxes or other fees. 

Elle Qui Vit is not responsible for packages lost in transit or packages that have been lost, stolen or have not been retrieved once they have been marked delivered or delivery attempts have been made. If we receive a return to sender package, a shipment fee will incur. 

RETURN POLICY

Elle Qui Vit offers returns on unworn items in their original condition in exchange for store credit, this does not including original shipping costs. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, shipping must include a tracking number. Store credit will not be processed until we receive and review the item, we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit so we recommend shipping with insurance. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, sale orders and international orders at this time. To process a return please email info@ellequivit.com and we'd love to help. 

REPAIRS

Elle Qui Vit will provide repair, resizing and re-plating services for a fee on a case by case basis, please email info@ellequivit.com for more information.
