-Never bend or pinch to size gold vermeil pieces, the plating will crack
-Remove gold vermeil pieces before entering any kind of water: Showers, bathtubs, hot tubs, swimming pools, the ocean, ect.
-Remove gold vermeil pieces before any activities that could cause scratching: Exercise, sleep, ect.
-Remove gold vermeil before interacting with any chemicals: Cleaning, ect.
-Allow body lotions, hand lotions and perfumes to dry before putting on gold vermeil pieces
-Hang or lay snake chains flat when not wearing to avoid kinks in the chain.
-Do not use polishing cloths on gold vermeil pieces as they will strip the gold

-Silver will naturally tarnish over time, if you notice your piece is looking less bright soak it in warm (not hot) water and dish soap and gently rub dry with a soft towel.

-Brass will naturally tarnish, if you notice your piece is looking less bright, remove it from the chain (if a pendant) and rub it with the inside of a slice of lemon, rinse in warm (not hot) water and gently rub dry with a soft towel.
